What if I Need to add a new Brand to my Devices?Fill out the Enable Brand Content form for each brand you would like added to your Device(s). Once we see your request we will make sure adding that brand and its library content will go smoothly. *Internet Connection Required

How do I Request a Video or Videos be added to my Player?Log in to Your Member account. Go to account page, or use the drop down menu to Navigate to the New Content Request. Enter the Secret Password. Fill out the form best suiting your needs per the instructions on the page.

Do I Need to Plug My Device Into Internet?No, The Pyro Player is designed to function as a stand alone device when there is not a current need for an update. 1. You can Set it in a permanent location and wire it directly so you always receive updated video content as soon as its available. 2. Alternatively if you don't think you'll be needing updates every time your device turns on you can install with quick removal in mind to be able to unmount the device and plug into the nearest internet access of your choice.

When will I Need to Update My Devices after Requesting New Content?After successfully submitting one of our Content Request Forms, available to our site members, we will retrieve your new content, integrate it into our system for testing, and notify you when it’s ready and available for download.
